The Rockcliffe Flying Club is a safe, professional, and welcoming environment to fly, to train pilots, to maintain and service aircraft, and to attract and engage the greater community in the wonder of flight.

The Vision Committee supports and executes on future-facing initiatives, and helps identify and define what the club ambitions and future state should look like. The Vision committee also helps continually identify and crystallize what the club is and is about. This can include capital projects (working with the Finance Committee and others), establishing new programs, new partnerships, and more.
The Vision Sub-Committee is focused on four key areas:

OK. So its 2022 and we're talking Vision. Again. What are we trying to this time?
Not lose or build on any of the great work that came before now.
Leverage the excitement and goodwill building in the club, once again.
Build structure that the Finance, Operations and Engagement committees can leverage to do their work.
