Nope. We're liars and you got us. However, we are trying to guess what might be going through your mind and be helpful.

Hopefully not. We've already engaged some of the same people who did the prior work to be part of this effort. As you can see, we're also trying to find documentation and reports that have already been produced so that we can use them.
Looks like you plan to actually try and implement some stuff. Isn't that execution and not vision?

Sure, maybe - however let's try and avoid getting hung up on wording. The Board sub-committees are intended and expected to deliver on important RFC initiatives. The Vision committee is no different, just focusing on some larger scope items (whether scope is time, or effort required).
